Pen-pal discovery, payments, editorial review, and external distribution needed to share one trustworthy operating model instead of relying on ambiguous status changes.

We connected profiles and discovery to signed payment evidence, explicit review states, reconciliation, and permission-based distribution workflows.

The result
Confidence proportional to evidence.
The deployed foundation has an explicit path from payment evidence to review and distribution, while keeping final approval and external participation as separate gates. Later search-growth work was verified locally without being presented as a ranking result.
